Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Nirvana app and its widgets, made by Stelloryn LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Nirvana, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, these Terms apply to the extent allowed.

1. For entertainment and inspiration only

Nirvana offers astrology, moon, intention and crystal content for entertainment, reflection and inspiration. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice, and it does not predict the future. Crystal descriptions reflect traditional associations, not proven effects. Always seek a qualified professional for health or other important decisions.

2. Astronomy data

Moon phases and sky events are calculated carefully but may differ slightly from other sources, and times can vary by location. Don't rely on Nirvana for navigation, safety or scientific purposes.

3. Nirvana+ subscriptions

• Nirvana+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app and the App Store before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is lost when you buy a subscription.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Your content

Your journal entries, check-ins and other details are yours and stay on your device. You're responsible for keeping backups. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't copy, resell or redistribute Nirvana's content, reverse engineer the app, or try to unlock paid features without paying. The app, its content, design and the Nirvana and Stelloryn names belong to Stelloryn LLC or its licensors.

6. Changes and availability

We may update Nirvana, add or remove features or content, or change these Terms. If we make important changes to these Terms, we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Nirvana is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stelloryn LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Nirvana+ in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
